Depending on your tier, you can add: Temporary Rent-a-Car Facility (up to 10 days per claim while your car is being repaired), Personal Accident Benefit (covers the driver for injury in an accident), and Territory Extension to GCC countries beyond Oman. Executive tier bundles these by default. Smart and Value tiers let you add them individually for an additional premium.

Yes. Liva provides comprehensive motor insurance for electric vehicles including all Tesla models (Model S, 3, X, Y). Through the InsureMyTesla partnership with Beloy and Petra Insurance Brokers, Tesla owners in the UAE can access dedicated EV coverage — including battery protection, charging equipment cover, and overvoltage damage. Tesla insurance is purchased through the InsureMyTesla platform (insuremytesla-uae.beloy.com), not the standard Liva online quote. For other EV brands, call 800 772 for a customized quote.
Agency repairs use authorized manufacturer dealerships (e.g., Al Tayer for Ford, Al Futtaim for Toyota). Non-agency repairs use Liva’s network of approved garages, which come with a 6-month mechanical guarantee and a 12-month paint guarantee. Agency repairs are available for vehicles up to 2 years from first registration and can be extended for up to 5 additional years at extra premium. Executive tier includes agency repairs as standard.
